Gaming Team/Clan/Squad
There are a group of us who play Quake III Arena and Urban Terror. I would like us to get organized into a coherent gaming squad or team.
We also need to pick a name for our team.

Challenges
- Internet Games - LAN parties are fun, but we all have broadband and should be able to play sufficiently speedy games online.
- Voice Communications - We need to select and adopt a voice communication software. I have played around with TeamSound and Roger Wilco, and I can't say I like either one very well.
- Dedicated Server - As much as we can, we need to set up dedicated servers for our games and our voice communications.
- Develop Strategies - We need to learn to work together as a unit (or a couple units) to leverage ourselves as a team. For instance, forming a sniper team.
- Practice - We need to practice working together.
